I had a veggie bowl with brown rice, roasted onions, black beans, lettuce and guacamole. I had this for lunch on Tuesday 2-Dev-16. By evening my stomach got upset, had a sour throat, body aches and fever in the night.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧

I had a chipotle bowl with rice, chicken, beef, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese yesterday night. I woke up at night throwing up at least 4 times. I have a slight fever as well. The only thing I had that was a bowl of cereal in the morning so I know it was chipotle bowl that did this  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

183 上的 Chuys。我订购了 chuychanga 番茄酱和酸奶油、米饭、重试豆和 tres leches。我晚上 9 点左右吃了。凌晨 4 点我醒来跑去洗手间呕吐了好几次。这种情况持续了 6 个小时。我也有严重的头痛热。发冷，然后出汗。第二天错过了工作。晚上又出汗了 3 天，胃口很少或没有食欲，体重减轻了 5 磅。还有腹部酸痛和胸痛。我还是很累，感觉很糟糕，仍然缺水，食欲不振

1 月 31 日晚上，鸡肉卷饼配奶酪、生菜、大米、玉米莎莎酱。进食 15 分钟后，胃痉挛开始恶化，然后一个小时后连续 30 分钟不间断腹泻。之后，我开始感到恶心，第二天由于胃痛一直在努力吃很多东西。
