我在夏威夷度假的第二天。2015 年 1 月 27 日星期三下午 4 点左右，我吃了两只鸡肉水牛以及玉米饼和莎莎酱。我家其他人都有汉堡包。凌晨 2 点我醒来时感到恶心和臃肿。凌晨 5 点严重腹泻、恶心、发冷和出汗。从早上 5 点到早上 9 点左右，我上厕所大约 30 次。不得不打电话给医生来我的旅馆房间看我。检查我之后，她说这是食物中毒。当天下午晚些时候腹泻消退了，但恶心仍在继续。星期五我可以忍受饼干一点米饭和半个香蕉。我希望能够在檀香山的最后一天冒险进入酒店。不是度过假期的好方法。尽管我家里没有其他人生病，但他们都必须待在身边照顾我。在无数次打电话给餐厅之后，他们可能会不在乎。我再也不会在那里吃东西了。

Picked one their bowls that had blackbeans, brown rice, chicken, their corn stuff, steak, medium hot sauce, lettuce, and cheese at about9pm. Took it home to eat at about 930-945. Woke up at about 3am with all those symptoms and would continue to walk up every 1-2… 更多

Date: 1-26-16 I had a Tofu Buritto with rice , guacamole, cheese, salsa
1-27-16 I became nauseous and my stomach was in pain
