我订购了核桃溪卷、培根炒饭和神户牛排。吃完大约一个小时后我开始胃痛。当晚晚些时候，一些轻微的腹泻和疼痛变成了呕吐、剧烈疼痛和爆炸性腹泻。尽管早晨呕吐和剧烈疼痛已经消退，但腹泻和恶心在接下来的 48-72 小时内持续存在。

我吃了洋葱花，自制沙拉，1 卷，红薯加肉桂黄油，小肋眼牛排。在 5:30 吃了一顿饭。该日期是 2019 年 1 月 12 日。
我上午 9 点上床睡觉感到恶心，然后在 10:30 开始爆炸性腹泻和呕吐。这些症状持续整夜，每 15 分钟至 30 分钟一次呕吐和腹泻。早上还有可怜的（没什么可呕吐的）和一些腹泻。
我也很虚弱，有时还会出汗。
1 月 13 日整天我都非常虚弱，疲劳，一天大部分时间都在断断续续地睡觉。我整天只喝了大约 6 盎司的 7 盎司，吃了 4 个饼干。

我喜欢这家餐厅已有很多年了，但我想我暂时不会回去了。我有一个长鳍金枪鱼和鳄梨卷，上面放着长鳍金枪鱼的加利福尼亚卷（我相信这就是让我恶心的原因），有一些金枪鱼和一些来自日本的炸鱿鱼。我和妈妈一起去了，她没有生病，我们分享了很多相同的东西，但是我有更多的长鳍金枪鱼，而且她没有加利福尼亚卷。吃完一个小时后我得了胃痉挛和爆炸性腹泻 3 或 4 次。
