我吃了一半沙拉（富士苹果鸡）和一半的三明治（火鸡 BLT）。沙拉里面有长叶莴苣，我打电话给 Panera 证实，这是亚利桑那州尤马一家工厂的长叶莴苣造成了最近一次大肠杆菌疫情。三天后，我因轻度胃痉挛而倒下，腹泻 6 次，恶心。考虑到症状出现的时机，我很肯定我有轻度的大肠杆菌株（通常在摄入后3-4天就会出现大肠杆菌）。

Became violently sick about 4 hours after rating a Southwest Salad at Wendy's on April 7...went to E.R. that said it was food poisoning. Was sick approximately 10 days. Now have mouth sores
