7 月 14 日星期五晚上 7 点 45 分，我和我 11 岁的女儿在回家的路上停在 Chipotle。她有一个装有白米饭、牛排、玉米、酸奶油、奶酪和鳄梨调味酱的碗。我有一个碗里有白米饭、fajita 蔬菜、barbacoa、温和热辣的莎莎、酸奶油和奶酪。那天晚上我女儿吃了所有的晚餐，到周日 6/16 下午到周一因呕吐和发烧而生病。不幸的是，我的病情延长了，因为我星期五只吃了一点碗，剩下的在星期六（6/15）吃晚饭。星期天我呕吐了，但是剩下的时间腹泻很糟糕，我的胃部发出的噪音和抽筋都很强烈。星期一整天（6/17）... 我的意思是整天，我都有腹泻。今天我似乎又恢复了健康状态，一位朋友向我转发了关于我刚吃过的 Chipotle 的文章。现在说得通了

Ordered a salad with barbacoa, black beans, cheese and salsa. About 2 hours later I started getting sever stomach cramps and feeling nauseous. Shortly after that began the vomiting and diarrhea. That lasted about 12 hours before It finally stopped.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

7 月 14 日星期五我在 Chipotle 吃过饭。我得到了一个卷饼，里面有白米饭、fajitas、pinto 豆、温和的莎莎酱、奶酪和鳄梨调味酱。我星期六下午 6 点开始呕吐。我有严重的腹部痉挛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、头晕、发烧、头痛、严重虚弱和发冷。情况很严重，我可能应该去医院。

On 7/17, got a burrito bowl with half steak, half chorizo, fajita veggies, lettuce, brown rice, cheese, hot salsa, sour cream, and corn. Experienced persistent diarrhea and nausea for the rest of the day. Hard to imagine I'm going back anytime soon.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
