7/12/2017. I had a burrito with brown rice, chicken, tomato salsa, cheese, and lettuce. It tasted a little different, but I thought it was just me.

I was sick as a dog, and anything I ate or drank went right through me. It lasted a little over two days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

6/22/17 凌晨 1 点：剧烈呕吐和胃痛直到早上 8 点。严重恶心、头晕和脱水直到下午 5 点。直到 2017 年 6 月 26 日食欲下降
食物：鸡肉卷饼，米饭，Fajitas 浇头，切碎的奶酪，热莎莎酱，pico de gallo，薯条  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 脱水, 头晕, 胃痛

I ate at this location on July 1, 2017 and had a salad with chicken, beans, cheese, mild salsa and guacamole. I woke somewhere between 2 and 3 am with diarrhea. The diarrhea came and went for a week and finally called a doctor, had a stool test and cam back positive for salmonella.  | 症状: 腹泻

7 月 6 日星期四，我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗作为午餐，里面有肉饼、蔬菜、糙米、温和中度莎莎、生菜和 guac。晚餐时间我有严重的胃痛和恶心。我吃了 pepto 和 tums 但没有任何效果。我在胎儿姿势过夜，发烧和严重的胃痉挛。我在浴室地板上睡着了然后醒来腹泻。在接下来的 24 小时里，无法忍受任何食物。只能忍受茶和水。直到星期六我才能够吃点东西，即便如此，它也只是面包。腹泻直到周一才停止。

我吃了牛排、guac、白米饭、黑豆、温和的莎莎酱、酸奶油和奶酪。一切都很好，直到大约 9 小时后，我开始出现难以忍受的胃痉挛。醒来时出现血性腹泻，那天去洗手间大约 10 次。等了大约 2 天才觉得这很严重。去了急诊诊所，发烧了 102.5，然后被送到我当地的急诊室。
