我腹泻已经 48 小时了，第一晚无法入睡。我在 7 点 31 分大汗醒来然后从床上掉下来想上厕所呕吐。我妻子也生病了，但只是胃痛。我错过了一天的工作。

7 月 28 日星期五下午 4 点 45 分左右，我在 281 附近的 Bitters 上的 Chipotle 吃了东西。我有鸡碗里有糙米、斑豆、最热的酱汁、玉米味、奶酪、酸奶油、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。当天晚上 9 点 45 分左右，我开始头疼。我能够入睡但是在半晨醒来。我因恶心而感到难过；然后猛烈地吐了两次。呕吐后我感觉好多了一点。那天我最后吃的食物是 Chipotle 碗。而且，呕吐物包含了我在那里吃的东西。我没有腹泻，感觉好像我发烧了，但感觉太恶心了，无法服用。
