I ate a salad with chicken, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and grilled vegetables. I ate it for dinner around 8:45pm. Bad symptoms started about 2 1/2 hours after eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

On 6/5/16 @ 4:30 I ordered and ate 3 chicken tacos hard shell w/ white rice, veggies, cheese, sour cream & hot salsa around 745 I began to violently vomit, and couldn't keep anything down or in. This continued through the night until I went to the ER at 7am 6/6/16  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I thought i was on my death bed! I had a chicken salad bowl: lettuce, black beans, chicken, fajitas, tomatoes, corn, red and green salsa and sour cream.
