昨天 5 月 1 日和一位朋友和我 1 岁的儿子一起去了那里。我们都点了墨西哥卷饼。我的肉饼里有糙米、黑豆、辣酱、笔克、奶酪、生菜、guac 和玉米。她的是一个 barbacoa，里面有白米饭、黑豆、Pico、生菜、奶酪和酸奶油。我儿子吃了我的一部分墨西哥卷饼。我们去了家，大约 2 个小时后都开始感到不舒服。到了晚上，我们感觉真的很糟糕，两人都胃痛不好，睡得很早。我凌晨 1 点醒来呕吐和腹泻。我儿子醒来时挑剔地哭着抱着肚子但从来没有呕吐。我的朋友在凌晨 4 点醒来时出现了同样的症状。今天 5/2 我们三个人仍然有腹泻、恶心、发冷，而且都非常昏昏欲睡。我喜欢 chipotle 但这太令人沮丧了 :(

Had a burrito bowl, chicken, white rice, Pinto beans, pico, Medium salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. Are at 9pm saturday, was up vomiting at 5 am Sunday. My wife and I ate the exact same thing for the entire day, with the exception of the Pico and the cheese.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Last meal was April 29th. I went to chipotle and ordered a Steak burrito with white rice, no beans, cheese and sour cream. That night I woke up vomiting.
