5 月 23 日星期一下午 5 点左右，我有一个鸡碗，里面有白米黑豆西红柿，中等热的香肠酸奶油和生菜。一天之内，我感到臃肿，胃痉挛，最终从午夜到早上 6 点每 30 分钟就会呕吐一次，还有严重的腹泻和肌肉疲劳。不会再吃墨西哥辣椒了！
