On 6/5/16 @ 4:30 I ordered and ate 3 chicken tacos hard shell w/ white rice, veggies, cheese, sour cream & hot salsa around 745 I began to violently vomit, and couldn't keep anything down or in. I thought i was on my death bed! I had a chicken salad bowl: lettuce, black beans, chicken, fajitas, tomatoes, corn, red and green salsa and sour cream.
