9 月 3 日星期二下午 5 点左右，我订购了一份沙拉配牛 s，春季混合物，切达干酪，香菜，pico de gallo，酸奶油，烤胡椒粉和洋葱，奶油墨西哥胡椒酱，奶油墨西哥胡椒酱，牧场调味酱，鳄梨调味酱。第二天早上醒来时，我呕吐了很多次，腹泻和轻微发烧。我整天躺在床上。现在是 9 月 5 日早晨，我仍然有腹泻，感觉虚弱。

我的订单：碗去白米、黑豆、鸡肉、fajita 蔬菜、queso、绿莎莎、酸奶油、奶酪和 guac。

合作伙伴订购：Bowl to go糙米、黑豆、鸡肉、queso、奶酪。

我们吃完后 5-10 分钟我就恶心了，开始呕吐，我的伴侣开始腹泻。现在今天星期三，9.4.19 我们都吃了腹泻和腹部抽筋。我们不得不离开工作岗位因为我们很糟糕。我们来自外地，在这里为新的大狼工作，我还听说前一天有人得了食物中毒。

As hurricane Dorian was approaching the only fast food available. I ordered3 soft taco Supremes . the first one I ate was watery and barely warm. I tried to eat the second one but when I opened it up the sour cream was what made it watery and warm.  | 症状: 腹泻

Had a chicken bowl with the same ingredients as my sister but she had sour cream and guacamole. 4 hours later she's sick as a dog with stuff coming out both ends. it was sour cream or guacamole, Aug 31, 1pm was our meal.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Bought a chicken Burrito with half black half pinto beans. Had tomato, corn, hot salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese. Bought at 4pm Friday Aug 23rd and vomiting started around 9pm same night. Lasted until 5pm the next day with symptoms lingering into the following Monday  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a burrito bowl. Plain white rice, black beans, pork carnitas, tomato salsa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream. And had chips and guac on the side. Everything tasted great, but about 30-45 mins after eating I got horrible stomach cramps. We were supposed to do some shopping… 更多

我在 2019 年 8 月 23 日星期五吃过了。我在下午 4 点 11 分通过开车订购了我的食物。我订购了一个 chalupa cravings 盒，里面加了塔可的酸奶油和一杯樱桃日落冷冻饮料。我在下午 4 点 40 分左右回到家吃了食物，几乎马上就开始出现胃痉挛了。我睡了一会儿，几个小时后醒来呕吐和腹泻。第二天早上，我还在经历胃痉挛。我打电话给餐厅，与我交谈过的经理告诉我，他们昨天没有收到任何其他投诉，他们正在检查临时工。基本上，他们无能为力。我知道这是中毒的原因，因为这是我昨天唯一吃的东西。
