昨天下午 2 点吃了。有一个地铁俱乐部，用意大利香草和奶酪配胡椒杰克奶酪配菠菜，泡菜和黑橄榄。还有墨西哥胡椒和蛋黄酱。是我昨天唯一吃的东西。8 点左右开始注意到恶心然后呕吐腹泻。到凌晨 2 点，我不得不因腹泻而坐在马桶上，腿上有一个水桶才能呕吐，一边经历了严重的胃痛和发烧。

毫无疑问我有食物中毒。我和我的同事在 11 月 11 日下午 3 点左右在我们办公室旁边的威尔特郡大道 2201 号有整个食品市场的鸡蛋沙拉和菠菜。

那天晚上我开始感到恶心。从那以后除了 Ginger Ale 之外没有其他东西可以吃或喝。
我有可怕的腹泻胃痉挛，身体虚弱，发抖，发烧。我的同事也有腹泻。

上周我也发生了同样的事情，我想我可能感染了流感。我也在同一地址吃了全食。那是什么太疯狂了。我还拿到了鸡蛋沙拉，当我去那里的时候他们的地下室里有洪水，他们的污水管线坏了，我联系了经理，让他们知道那里发生了洪水-他们一半的商店因为洪水而关闭了。我几乎没吃东西从那里得到任何东西，他向我保证一切都很干净，他们已经照顾好了，上周末我都生病了，现在我又生病了。

我去那里的唯一原因是因为这很方便，我认为他们会照顾好事情，但他们显然没有。整个周末我又在床上生病了

我以前从未报告过这件事，但我百分之百确定我有食物中毒，我再次打电话给商店，我希望他们能为此做些事情，以免其他人生病。谢谢你的帮助。
