牛排沙拉在餐厅一个人生病了，吃鸡肉沙拉三明治在帕内拉面包在莫里斯维尔在 10/24-5 天之前的症状，如果那个地方是原因有牛排沙拉在这里 10/26 5 小时后开始呕吐和腹泻。症状开始于 10/26 的夜晚，并持续了整夜和 10/27 的一整天
