Had a burrito bowl, chicken, white rice, Pinto beans, pico, Medium salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. Are at 9pm saturday, was up vomiting at 5 am Sunday. My wife and I ate the exact same thing for the entire day, with the exception of the Pico and the cheese.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Last meal was April 29th. I went to chipotle and ordered a Steak burrito with white rice, no beans, cheese and sour cream. That night I woke up vomiting. The past three days I haven't been able to keep any food down. I've had diarrhea, very nauseated, vomiting, and cold sweats.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Ate a steak and carnitas burrito around 7pm on April 29,2016. About 12am I experienced diarrhea and at about 1:15 am I threw up, followed by constant throwing up throughout the night. Possibly the worst illness of my life.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

2016 年 4 月 23 日午餐时，我吃了一份沙拉，里面有豆类、鸡肉、热莎莎酱、玉米、鳄梨调味酱。那天晚上和接下来的 3 天里有严重的胃痛。两个小时内开始感觉 “不对”。那天晚上有些腹泻。因为进食会在 20 分钟内引起疼痛，所以连续几天没用很多饭。腹胀非常严重，抽筋，有些气体... 但是胃痉挛太糟糕了。在这个 flippin' Chipotle 鸡之前我很好！我已经到了第五天，每次吃东西都会感到疼痛。我向县卫生部报告了他们。太生气了！！我简直不敢相信我付了五天的肚子痛！
