Dined in at around 7 pm on the 17th of October got the Barbacoa burrito with the hot sauce, spicy corn and guacamole. This was the only thing I ate that day besides a Lara bar way earlier that morning. Started to feel indigestion and cramping Friday… 更多

10/18/19 Around 5 pm I ordered a burrito with White Rice,Pinto Beans,Carnitas,Sour Cream,Lettuce and Cheese.Everything felt fine until this morning.Around 11 am I left my class.I then threw up around 1 pm.I then got home and had diarrhea and I have been vomiting for the past day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

10/14/2019 At around 1:00 PM. Chicken Fajita Burrito. Tasted fine, felt fine until evening. Then started to feel nauseous. Around 9:30 PM had terrible diarrhea. Then vomited about an hour later. More diarrhea and vomited again about midnight. Then diarrhea and no appetite for next 2 days.… 更多

下午 2 点 30 分左右吃一个墨西哥卷饼，配以糙米、平托豆、Pico de Gallo、奶酪、酸奶油、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。整个下午恶心增加，在晚上 10 点至凌晨 2 点之间呕吐了 9 次。目前摇摇欲坠，发烧，虚弱和痛苦，正在慢慢尝试补充水分并开始吃简单的食物。

我有一个碗里有米饭、黑豆、蔬菜、鸡肉、西红柿、玉米、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜。我的 16 岁儿子也得到了同样的情况，他花了大约 2 个小时才感到生病。谢天谢天我们有 2 间浴室。我以前曾经有过食物中毒。这是瞬间的，在开始吃饭的一小时内我就能听见它在我身上流过。我首先感到头晕，然后是抽筋，然后是恶心但然后它撞到了我。谢谢。

我儿子想要而且是唯一的一个，所以我在 19 年 10 月 14 日星期一下午 6 点左右停下来给他买了一个碗（白米饭、肉饼、温和、酸奶油）。晚上 7 点他哭是因为肚子里的疼痛太严重了。胃痛、2 次弹丸呕吐物和严重腹泻持续了大约 2 个小时，他恢复了正常。一定是食物。导致这件事他没生病。
