My wife and I got the same items, Burrito bowl with white rice, barbacoa, black beans, corn, cheese, lettuce. We both got diarrhea. We ate on 4/27/2017 in the afternoon and the symptoms started 6 hours later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ate at chipotle at 4 PM Tuesday the 25th, starting feeling sick around 8:30 and was throwing up constantly and having diarrhea by 10. Collapsed and passed out and was hospitalized at 12 that night. Released the next morning with a diagnosis of food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My ex-husband, son and I afe at Chipotle around 5 pm on 4/26. We got different bowls, but all had white rice and cheese (in addition to other toppings). My son and I woke up the morning of 4/27 and vomitted. I texted my ex-husband and he told me that he had also been vomiting  | 症状: 呕吐
