今天晚上 7 点左右去了。有一个牛排碗，里面放着白米饭、酸奶油、生菜、鳄梨调味酱、黑豆、玉米和青椒酱。很快就开始出现奇怪的症状。剧烈的腹痛、恶心、黑色腹泻（我一生中从未经历过）以及持续呕吐。自从它开始以来我已经呕吐了六次。这也很暴力。我非常发烧、闷闷不乐而且有寒意。我喜欢 Chipotle 但这太糟糕了。我今天没吃过其他东西。
