我和朋友们昨晚去了橄榄园餐厅。我们4个人中有2个今天和昨晚食物中毒了。我腹泻并且在呕吐。她发烧并且在呕吐。我吃了伏特加意式管面和意式土豆团子，她吃了奶油培根面和意式土豆团子。  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战

4/28，试图缩小范围，但是那天我们吃了他们的晚餐我患有糖尿病，喝了很多不同的低热量甜味剂。自从最初的腹泻发作以来我再也没有腹泻了，吃了这里的剩菜之后又度过了一个艰难的夜晚。它们味道不好或闻起来不好。我在 4 月 29 日吃了它们作为晚餐。睡前 4 月 30 日生病。
