My wife and I got the same items, Burrito bowl with white rice, barbacoa, black beans, corn, cheese, lettuce. We both got diarrhea. We ate on 4/27/2017 in the afternoon and the symptoms started 6 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate at chipotle at 4 PM Tuesday the 25th, starting feeling sick around 8:30 and was throwing up constantly and having diarrhea by 10. Collapsed and passed out and was hospitalized at 12 that night. Released the next morning with a diagnosis of food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
