Burrito bowl. Brown rice,fajita veggies,steak,hot sauce with chips. Ate it at about 8pm. Woke up throwing up at 2am. My fiancé also woke up throwing up about a hour later. Went back to sleep woke up threw up more and have had diarrhea ever since  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Got a bowl with white rice, black beans, chorizo, steak, pico de gallo, corn, hot sauce, guacamole and cheese. Ate it with chips and a tortilla on the side at 9pm est. Woke up around 3 am with severe cramping and violent vomiting with intermittent diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered the burrito bowl with steak. The steak was done rare and it was cold. I ordered at 9:30pm and ate it soon afterwards. By 5:00am, I started having watery diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

11/25 pm 9:30 吃了牛排卷饼配糙米、鳄梨调味酱、温和的酱汁、奶酪和黑豆。那天傍晚/清晨因胃痛而起床然后我不得不跑到洗手间呕吐。不幸的是我无法握住它然后把它扔到我的地板和墙壁上。我仍然因发烧而感到恶心，几乎无法抑制任何东西。
