我星期四在 Trader Joe 的德拉海滩买了一袋 8 盎司的烤咸开心果，周日吃了大约 2-3 盎司，立刻感到不适。但症状演变为剧烈痉挛、腹泻、发冷、肌肉酸痛、虚弱、整夜呕吐，并持续到周二。拿了 pepo bismol 这有帮助。

Margherita pizza slice and Kale Cheese Walnut Salad. Got really bad food poisoning. I remember eating the slice of pizza and thinking it was an old piece/not fresh out of the oven.
