我点了 Santa Fe Car（双芝士汉堡，配以生菜、番茄和鳄梨的烤酸面包）。我是作为午餐外卖购买的，直到我回到办公桌前才吃东西。我咬了两口，然后注意到顶部的肉饼是红色的，不是粉红色的，所以我把它扔了，但是在三明治的其余部分。晚上 10 点左右我有严重的消化不良症，凌晨 3 点左右呕吐了我的午餐和晚餐。到第二天中午我发烧、发冷、更多的抽筋和腹泻。我已经 48 个小时没有再吃东西了，在接下来的六天里，我仍然有气体、抽筋、酸痛和大便松动。

我和我妈妈去了电影旁边的南费城汉堡那种汉堡，所以我们用优惠券买了 2 个 whoppers 薯条和饮料 5 美元，一边吃汉堡，我看到一些淡粉红色的斑点，例如生肉之类的东西，所以我没有吃剩下的东西。那天晚上晚些时候我睡着了然后因胃痛醒来，不得不去洗手间，它像水一样冒出来，所以我知道出了什么问题!!!

Ate there Sat. 12/16/17. 3 of us got food there but only one had steak burrito with red hot sauce. Steak was pink. Violent and unrelenting vomiting and diarrhea from 3am till present.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had the usual pub burger. No cheese. Medium with a good amount of pink. Dipped it and sweet potato fries in mayo. About one hour started feeling paIn and uncomfort and finally projectile vomited everything up, and felt immediately better.  | 症状: 呕吐
