Had the usual pub burger. No cheese. Medium with a good amount of pink. Dipped it and sweet potato fries in mayo. About one hour started feeling paIn and uncomfort and finally projectile vomited everything up, and felt immediately better.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ordered fried chicken sandwiches and was asked to wait six minutes for them to cook. got a double burger top patty was ok after i ate about half i noticed a weird smell bottom patty was very pink in the middle, it smelled like raw ground beef....few mins after i got very bad stomach ache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I hadn’t eaten anything else last Wednesday besides a chicken quesadilla from the Saddleback cafeteria and a week later i have stabbing pains in my stomach that have never been more painful and diarrhea still. The chicken looked half cooked and pink.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I went to McDonald's on 59th and bell around 430pm I got a 10 live chicken nugget and large fry, at about 1050pm I had bad stomach pain took a tums then threw up green and pink comet, never eating McDonald's again  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
