Me and friend both had bubble tea from here on Tuesday, both started feeling nauseous by the evening. I was up all night with diarrhoea all the way through to Thursday afternoon, also had a fever which broke by Thursday morning and nausea throughout. My friend had
diarrhoea and nausea on Wednesday. Was definitely from here because we didn't go anywhere else together.

I had a bubble tea from here when I was out today and on the way home I started to feel very nauseous. When I got home I vomited and felt a bit better, but then after about two hours I got the sudden urge to vomit
again after drinking some water.
The only thing I ate during my time out today was the tapioca in my bubble tea, and all I ate for breakfast were some shredded wheat. Looking back on it, the bubble tea did taste a bit off (I used to work in a bubble tea shop so I know my flavors and the correct cooking times for the tapioca) so I am 99% positive that my current food poisoning symptoms are due to my drink either being made incorrectly (poorly cookies tapioca) or potentially out of date tea / matcha powder. I recommend that whoever runs this store to do a full inventory check to make sure that everything is in date. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate my chicken and veggie bowl, halfway through I had HORRIBLE stomachache pain. I thought I just ate too much. 30 minutes later the most diarrhea I’ve ever seen in my life, followed by 10-20 times. Went to ER because I thought I was dying, they said nope, it was food poisoning.

My husband and i ordered hotdogs and he's okay but I have been vomiting and having diarrhea for thr past 4 hours. And I think it was from the saurkraut or pickle relish because that's the only difference from what I ate and what my husband ate.

Ate the whopper around 12:30. The texture was awfully dry, but otherwise seemed normal. Began to feel generally unwell and stomach pain around 14:30. By 15:30 I was nauseous and light headed. 16:30, began the severe vomiting and diarrhea, which has continued (currently ongoing). Note: I did
not eat breakfast or anything else prior to the whopper. I drank bottled water at the location, drank the same filtered water as my fiancé at home this morning, and only ate a few fries (which my fiancé also ate, and he’s currently ok). No food since. I’m a molecular biologist with a focus on infectious diseases, and I know what to look for regarding food poisoning cases.
Update 30/03: I actually suspect it's a toxin-producing bacterium, such as *S. aureus*, especially considering the rapid onset of symptoms. We also don't have a high number of norovirus cases in our area, so it's not something that I would consider to be suspicious when weighing other factors like norovirus' incubation period, symptoms like fever and myalgia, and rapid spread. I'm also not in close contact with many other people or shared surfaces, further reducing the index of suspicion. On the other hand, *Staph aureus* is ubiquitously found and the enterotoxins produced are highly heat stable, making it more likely to be the causative agent if the meat was older, improperly handled (especially regarding hygiene practices) or stored, or not cooked to temperature. The more aggressive symptoms are beginning to subside, though I'm definitely not the happiest-of-campers at this time. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Lightheaded

Unfortunately, I had to be hospitalized. RYZE brand coffee stress my kidneys-causing me to have kidney stones. I experienced excruciating pain in my abdominal area and lower back. I’d only been drinking this brand of coffee for a month. The only change in my diet was RYZE’s
mushroom coffee. The pain is not worth the risk. I’ll be seeking legal action.. RYZE online..

Ordered boneless chicken and garlic bread sticks day before yesterday for my "cheat days" - Ordered garlic boneless chicken with cinnamon pull apart yesterday and still had some garlic breadsticks leftover from the day before, a few hours after eating it on both occasions ( mind you
this was all i ate for the day and im not sensitive to spicy foods never have been nor have i had an experience like this before eating papa johns ) i started getting heat flashes, severe abdominal cramps, slight shortness of breath and loose stools. i couldnt even make it to work today bc i still feel awful. i immediately threw away the rest of the food into the dumpster after realizing what was causing my symptoms

My son ate a bowl of at 10:30 PM 4/13/24 And by 12:30 AM started throwing up violently lasted 48 hours of the worst vomiting I’ve seen. Additional symptoms were fever, extreme lethargy, and flu symptoms plus explosive diarrhea. He did not return to normal until Thursday

The ice cream was brand new, a brand, new flavor creation, and therefore not something that sat on shelves at the grocery store for a prolonged period. I checked the packaging for any puncture sites found none, smelled completely normal and two other people in the home did not eat the ice cream, present with any food-borne illnesses or issues during the same time period So I know it was not viral or stomach flu, and was indeed food poisoning related. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
