Two times I ate a skippy crunchy peanut butter toast and about 3 hours later I started cramping up and then all evening diarrhea with cramping. I keep this in the refrigerator to keep it better but even my dogs don’t like it when I have to give them pill, Read above.🤬 I explained it all above.

Purchased Red Seedless Grapes from here on February, 27th, our 9 yr old has constantly been vomiting. The whole family has ate exactly the same thing except the Red Seedless Grapes. Our son ate a small bowl full and has been vomiting an hour after consuming grapes.
Need to know if they has had a recall on Red Seedless Grapes recently. Again the whole family is fine, everyone who has not eaten the Grapes, it's the only thing our son has eaten that the rest haven't consumed.

Kirkland Lasagna Violently ill approx 1 hour after eating (evening meal). Symptoms came on very fast. No fever. Felt relatively normal within 8 hours

So glad to have found this site. On September 18, 2017, I bought a chicken at Costco that turned out to be raw inside, and I realized that it didn't have a pop up button to make sure it's fully cooked. I returned the chicken and got
my money back, and I talked to a manager who insisted that their chickens are cooked to 180 degrees even though mine was bloody deep inside. He claims they aren't going back to the other way of cooking them until they are done, even though the gal who returned my money to me said she is sick of everybody returning half raw chickens back to them. Costco did this way of "cooking" their chickens a few years ago, and I had to get a refund twice (the first time I didn’t bring the chicken and was told I should, so the other times I brought it right back to them). I'm never buying another chicken from Costco anymore, unless they go back to the pop up button again. Such a shame because they are so delicious when they are actually cooked. Beware of chickens from Costco now that they cook them without a pop up button, because they will be raw inside.

I ordered a Bacon King (#4) after work yesterday (4/16), got home and slept early, but woke up by 10pm with diarrhea and vomiting. This lasted for some 3 hours till I got to sleep again by 1am. I got up next at 4am experiencing the same
issues in the bathroom, feeling lightheadedness and chills. I was also sweating after vomitting. Had to call out from work. Not sure if it was the bacon or the beef, or both. After the initial vomit, most of the contents of the vomit was bile, and I concluded that I had food poisoning.

Additional information: I had been drinking Ryze Mushroom Matcha for about a month and a half before the onset of daily episodes of
chills, fever and tremors, starting sometime between 10:30a and 1:30p. At first I was not sure of the relationship and sought treatment from my PCP who could not find any cause after examining me and in his office. During my second episode he sent me to the ER because my fever would not respond to ibuprofen. A battery of tests were done (urinalysis, CT scans of head, pelvis, and abdomen, chest x-rays, EKG, full blood work analysis) and no apparent cause was found, so I was put on a broad spectrum antibiotic as a precaution. I voluntarily stopped drinking the Ryze Mushroom Matcha for a few days, although my PCP and the ER doctor did not think it could be the cause, and I did not have the fever and tremors on the days I did not drink it. Once I felt totally recovered and was done with the antibiotics, I drank my usual cup of Ryze Mushroom Matcha, but only about half the cup. Within 4 hours after drinking it, I had another episode of severe chills, tremors, and a fever which finally subsided about 4 hours after taking 800mg of Motrin. It's taken a few days for my body to recover, but I have stopped drinking the Ryze Mushroom Matcha and I have not had any recurring episodes. The closest drop-down was Rhyze Mushrooms, but that’s not correct. I ordered the Ryze Mushroom Matcha from ryzesuperfoods .com.

H-E-B has voluntarily recalled its Creamy Creations ice cream in select flavors due to potential metal contamination. The affected products were distributed across Texas and Mexico, as well as Central Market, Joe V’s Smart Shop, and Mi Tienda stores. The issue was discovered during routine product testing.
No injuries have been reported in relation to the recall. All affected products have been removed from store shelves, and H-E-B is working to restock unaffected products as soon as possible.

Had a chicken sandwich, fries, and a cookies and cream milkshake. This was the only thing I ate that day that my family did not and I was the only one sick. I had this on Wednesday evening around 7:30-8 pm and by 10 my stomach was
