Went here to get a high chair for our 9 month old. Decided to have some lunch as it was getting late. My boyfriend got me their salmon platter our two boys had chicken strips. The fish smelled strongly... we should have asked for a refund but
we had 3 kids with us and I had a sprained ankle so I just ate it. When we got home my stomach started to turn. I spent most of the night in the bathroom getting sick... throwing up salmon. It was awful, especially with having to use crutches for my ankle I couldn't leave the bathroom. My boyfriend had to care for our baby and I wasn't able to breastfeed him at all last night. I'm still sick a day later.

I ate barely warm Moroccan Lentil Soup just before one o'clock. It was delicious, but not hot. We had just begun shopping when violent stomach pains hit me. I left immediately, hoping to make it home before diharrea hit. I was violently ill for a few hours.

Was getting late, around 7 or so and I hadn't eaten yet, so I decided to get some meatballs at the restaurant in IKEA. I had eaten here before didn't think anything about it. I get my meal and finish it, about half an hour later my
stomach had some unbearable cramps as I walked through the store. I had gotten a slice of choclate cake with my meal so thought that might have upset my stomach. After getting home and feeling no improvement to my stomach I went to bed, started feeling extremely nauseous while drifting off to sleep. Around 5am I bolted up and ran to the bathroom, projectile vomit. I had to call in to work yesterday and was bedridden. Didnt have the energy to do anything but sleep.

We ate at IKEA around 1pm today, and my 3 year old started having sharts around 10pm, had his first diarrhea at 3am the next morning. He's super uncomfortable. The only thing he ate today was 8 Swedish meatballs with gravy.

I’ve never had chick fil A before, I bought it inside Pembroke lakes mall on Monday and I bought it twice on Wednesday for my daughter. She vomited throughout the day approximately 8-10 times and I had to bring her to the Pediatrician. Today started vomited. Symptoms: nausea vomiting cramps

Pâtisserie Harmonie, a Montreal-based bakery located at 85 Rue De la Gauchetière Ouest, Montréal, QC, Canada, has issued a recall for several of its pastry products due to the undeclared presence of soy. The recall was announced in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food
(MAPAQ) and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. To date, no allergic reactions related to the consumption of these products have been reported to MAPAQ.
The affected products include:
- Coconut Twist (140g)
- Coconut Bread (600g)
- Coconut stuffed with cream (450g)
All lots of these products, which do not have a label indicating the presence of soy, are included in the recall. The products were sold in clear plastic bags bearing the company's name and were available only at the Pâtisserie Harmonie establishment. The products were sold at room temperature.
People who suffer from a soy allergy should not consume the products and return them to the store where they were purchased.
In case you experience harm from allergens or undeclared ingredients, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve issues and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.

I ordered a Bacon King (#4) after work yesterday (4/16), got home and slept early, but woke up by 10pm with diarrhea and vomiting. This lasted for some 3 hours till I got to sleep again by 1am. I got up next at 4am experiencing the same
issues in the bathroom, feeling lightheadedness and chills. I was also sweating after vomitting. Had to call out from work. Not sure if it was the bacon or the beef, or both. After the initial vomit, most of the contents of the vomit was bile, and I concluded that I had food poisoning.

A few hours after eating 2 handfuls, I woke after midnight with nausea, followed by diarrhea and then vomiting. More vomiting after drinking water. Sweating during and chills after. Finally slept around 2:30 am.. I got sick twice within two weeks, both times after eating Vickie’s jalapeño
