I went to McDonalds this morning at 7:30 am and grabbed an Egg McMuffin and a small OJ. I would say about an hour later I felt this heat wave and then came the diarrhea, vomiting, and chills! It wouldn’t stop until about 2 pm that afternoon and even now I am scared to put anything on my stomach.

Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, late night with a coke. Shared with my boyfriend and about 4 hours later we were both on the toilet with diarrhea and vomiting. It was the only thing I had to eat that day and the only meal I shared with my boyfriend that day.
