- comments: observed over 100 live fruit flies throughout the establishment. Found approximately 70 on the ceiling and pipes above the 1st-floor bar and dining area, 20 on the wall behind the 2nd-floor bar, 10 on the rear hallway leading to the dumpster, and 5 on the dishwashing room walls and ceiling. Must detail clean and remove all evidence of pest activity on premises, and contact pest control for additional service. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

Grilled onion, cut tomatoes, shredded lettuce, pulled pork, cooked chicken, mac n cheese, garlic aioli, and guacamole found at temperatures ranging from 45f to 63f. Instructed to discard and denature said tcs foods and always maintain all cold holding tcs foods at or below 41f. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued. Food discarded.
