- comments: observed no certified food managers certificate posted to view while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such as (taco meat,jerk chicken,ground beef,ice cream,etc) must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-012)

- comments: observed tcs foods from unapproved source. Manager is not able to provide receipts for precooked (42lbs. Jerk chicken,5lbs. Steak taco meat,19lbs. Ground beef,. 5lb. Sandwiches)stored in plastic ziplock bags in coolers and in hot holding units( 10lbs. Packaged cookies) at service counter for sale to the public. Must provide foods from an approved source and maintain receipts. Product was discarded by manager. Appx. 81lbs. $1,038. (priority 7-38-005)

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings on floor next to glass reach in cooler and under prep table in rear prep/dish washing area,in between clutter on floor at rear door,on floor in hot water tank /furnace area,mop sink /toilet room,under lower cabinet under slushie machine,under rear storage shelves,office along wall bases. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 8/1/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed an appx. '1/2' gap along side of rear door. Must make door tight fitting.
