I purchased a hamburger and fries. I ate my food and within hours I became ill with chills, fever, severe stomach pain, I came down with chills and a fever within 4 hours . Flying from Heathrow to Boston via Montreal. Had coffee and dry toast before flying and only the chicken meals on plane that day. Got home after flight delay and suffered diarrhea.
