About a month ago I ate a lentil and bolognese bowl. Several hours later I felt nauseous and had explosive diarrhea and vomiting that lasted a couple of days. I chalked it up to a virus. Fast forward to this week and I had a oat bowl for breakfast and am suffering from servere abdominal cramps and diarrhea that has been going on several days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
