- comments: noted leakage at the following areas. --at the bottom pipping of the food prep and dish washing hand wash sinks. --at the bottom pipe of the 3 compartment sink. Also low water pressure at the hot water faucet of the hand wash sink at the kitchen prep area. Instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: noted the following:- -floors throughout premise especially along wall base and underneath equipment especially underneath the kitchen prep service cooler with dirt encrusted on the floor, standing water and food debris. -walls with food dirt and food spills -cracks on the walls, multiple holes and openings on ceiling along piping. Instructed to detail clean and maintain. Must upgrade housekeeping.

- comments: noted the following core violations 37, 39, 49, 53 with the rules numbers below from inspection #2552485 dated 3/3/2022 not corrected:- #37) violation #3-302-12--noted assorted food items inside refrigeration units not properly labeled. Instructed to properly label all food items with product names, including bulk food containers. #39) violation #3-307. 11--noted individual to-go disposable containers and bowls with no handle used for scooping serving food at the service prep coolers. Instructed to provide tongs, serving spoons, or ladle for scooping food. 39) violation #3-305. 11: food containers stored on the floor in prep, storage, and walk-in cooler/freezers. Instructed to store food items on raised shelving about 6' off the floor. 49) violation #4-601. 11(b) instructed to detail clean the service prep cooler and spills shelves and maintain. 53) violation #5-501. 17: noted washrooms on-premise with garbage receptacles and no lids. Instructed to provide trash cans with lids at all women's washrooms and unisex washrooms all above violations must be corrected. Priority violation #7-42-090. Citation issued.
