On 26 November I went to MacDonalds and ordered a Brekkie Burger, a hash brown and a lactose free piccolo. I had eaten the hash brown and was 3/4 through the burger, when i knew that I was going to spontaneously vomit. I rushed to the toilet and vomitted up all that I had eaten. I did not feel nauseous- rather a relief that the food had left my body. | Symptoms: Vomiting
