Fiancé and I ordered 1 large 1/2 meat lovers and 1/2 pepperoni & black olives pizza and 12 of. Order of hot wings from local store on Friday, Nov15, 2016. Picked up pizza between 9-10pm. Upon arrival, told that store was out of large pizzas and was given 2 medium pizzas instead. Went to finance's home, ate some of the pizza and wings around 10 pm. At/around 5:00am, woke up with vomittiny, nausea, and diarrhea. This has gone on for 5 days now. Presented to ER on Mon., Nov. 28, 2016, as well as contacted the Harris County Health Dept. and the Pizza Hut Corporate office. Was contacted by the store's General Manager and informed of seeking medical attention and communication with the local Health Dept. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
