Went to Jason’s deli on May 2 and started having nausea, diarrhea and stomach cramping on the morning of May 3rd. I continued to have all the symptoms until May 9th. All I had to eat while there was the salad bar.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate broccoli cheddar soup around 11:30 am. Immediately after finishing, got severe stomach pains and went to the bathroom. Was vomiting and having diarrhea for about 45 minutes in the Panera bathroom.
