We got food from Chipotle at 10:05 pm. I ate about 1/4 at 11pm. I started feeling nauseated at 1am when I noticed. I threw up and then spent remainder of night with chills. Temp 101.8  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
