I bought a mixed salad (three in one container) and woke up with chest pain, and throughout the day I had on and off chills, diarrhea, nausea, loss of appetite, and a headache. I currently still have stomach pain, a headache, and gas.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Headache, Chills, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain, Gas, Chest Pain

Possible romaine lettuce brand farmboy or black beans. I’m not positive it was that but it’s the only thing I can think of since they’ve had problems a year ago or so with E. coli from that brand.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I ate on April 25th around 3 pm I had a melt with cheese turkey ham bacon lettuce cucumbers and green olives. I felt nauseous after and then I developed a fever and then hours later I am vomiting. Very disappointed in them  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever
