I ate my meal and went to bed a few hours later. At 4 a.m. I woke up violently throwing up. Later the following day I called the store to report this and was told there was no way I could have food poisoning and dismissed  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

About 2pm. Ordered a Mexican pizza w/o meat. Stomachache about an hour later w/ nausea. Then vomiting. It is one am now and I still have an extremely upset stomach. Did not have breakfast or lunch earlier so nothing else would have made me sick. Drank water with meal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Severely sick from eating this that day. Sickness lasted for five days.
