Ate a chicken biscuit for breakfast 7am and by 11:30am I had the worst stomach pain ever followed by vomit and diarrhea. Worst stomach pains. Only had food poisoning one other time in my life and you never forget this kind of pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had a number 1 deluxe meal with pepper jack cheese. I had fries and a diet lemonade. I also used chick fil a sauce. That was around 12:30 in the afternoon and I started having painful stomach cramping at 7:30 pm. Ate a chicken quesadilla, for one it was too flat an really really hot like it was sitting on a heater, not only that it was stuck to the aluminun foil that it came in.. i think it was sitting up there awhile.
