My boyfriend and I ate a Deluxe pizza, we also had calamari and ribs for appetizers. My boyfriend also had a strange gooey substance in his beverage. We both experienced severe diarrhea and fatigue the following day. My sister also had a human hair in her chicken salad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Fatigue

Ate around 1pm I had rendang, coconut rice and corn fritters to share with my 8mo baby and i had egg balado gor myself.

I had diarrhea an aching stomach, horrible gas and nausea.

My daughter had diarrhea and now fever. I just gave her some infant tylenol and I'm trying to cool her down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas

I was a regular until getting poisoned by their food. Ordered the Splitz Burger at lunch, by mid -ay I was unwell, the evening was unbearable which continued for two days - taking over a week to recover from the food poisoning.
