Had a leafy green chicken salad on Friday for lunch from Ollys. Sunday morning food posioning sickness started, puking, water diarrhea, terrible stomach pain, chills, headache. Went to Subway at about 5:30pm on February 15th 2019 for supper before my flight. Ordered a cold cut with tomato, cucumber, green pepper, red onion and mayo.
