My partner ate a salad bowl for lunch and was sickened by early evening yesterday, 2/18/2020.
She's dehydrated now despite drinking lots of fluids leading to more diarrhea despite going thru 6 Immodium pills. A hospital emergency room visit may be due should symptoms persist.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

6 hours after lunch my mother because extremely sick, she vomited multiple times along with watery diarrhea severe stomach cramps, chills and a fever. The only food items she had that we didn’t were the clam chowder and some salad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills

Both my husband and I ate the Duck Dinner with Shirmp Rice and the Rama-which is Shrimp dinner with Rice and Dog too....We got Diarrhea , stomach cramps, for entire day...We will never ever go their again. I ate a carnitas burrito bowl with black beans, white rice, cheese, sour cream, mild salsa, guacamole and chips on 02/17/20 around 8:00 pm.
