Ate steak rice bowl (both kinds of rice, no beans, steak, mild salsa, corn, cheese, and guacamole). Later that night (tonight) I woke up with intense dirrea, vomiting and nausea. I still have symptoms but have not yet gone to the hospital.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
