I ate around 5 pm and I ate a crispy chicken sandwich and it's now 9:33 pm and I had diarrhea, feel nauseous, have bad abdominal pain and throwing up. I went to Wendy's route 112 in Medford New York.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
