This was at the 625 Broadway location. My coworker and I both got sofritas bowls with mild and medium salsa, cheese, lettuce, black beans, brown rice, and guac. Within an hour of eating we were both having terrible dirrahea and felt very nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate a couple hours ago. I had a steak bowl with black beans, white rice, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. My stomach started hurting about 45 minutes later. I had intense stomach pain and then had diarrhea and then threw up 3 times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
