5/14/23 Had this. Salad and shrimp Was gassy about an hour after. Woke up the next morning not feeling well and tummy hurt. Went to sleep for an hour woke with fever and vomiting both ends. Lasted 18 hours.  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Felt sick several hours later after eating with Projectile vomiting and severe nausea along with stomach cramps. I ordered a wing 4 piece with mac, cole slaw and a diet soda for dinner. Early around 4:30 am I woke up with cramps. I began having multiple bouts of diarrhea in between vomiting large amounts of food.
