6 hours after eating a double double with grilled onions, I have diarrhea, sweating. This has happened before in the past but now I am realizing the culprit is In-N-Out. I will not be eating there anymore!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I went in the evening and I ordered a chicken burrito, that had fajitas, brown rice, pinto beans, sour cream, mild salsa, and lettuce. The next morning, I woke up with stomach pain and I vomited those ingredients out. Very upsetting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had cereal and a banana this afternoon, then ate 12 hours later at midnight at Taco Bell. After I finished eating my meal, I got a headache, threw up in my mouth, then sat on the toilet from diarrhea for approximately 30mins while drinking from a gallon of water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Ordered good to go due to expected long wait Valentines day weekend. Called in order and picked up. About 20 min after eating got nausea following with diarrhea. Next day vomiting and diarrhea every 15 min . Ongoing now 3.5 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
