the nap i ran to the bathroom and threw it all up 🤦🏽‍♀️ i started to think maybe im pregnant? Lol but then i decided to go eat some sort of soup so i went to go eat pho thinking maybe im jst hungry i got to the pho restaurant couldnt really eat it cuz i felt the urge to throw up again and my stomach was still rumbling so thats when i stated to realize that maybe im not pregnant maybe i got food poisoning from in and out i had ate. thing I had eaten that day and my stomach didn’t take well to it. But after yesterday I realized it’s an ongoing pattern with all of their products I’ve eaten. As soon as I got done eating it I started to get light stomach cramps that turned into stabbing knife pain in my stomach with diarrhea that was so watery and gross. Then my mouth started to get watery after an hour or so and I could tell I was going to have to throw up. And sure enough out came my beefaroni. I thought me throwing up would relieve the pain but it continued to linger until a few hours later. I will no longer be eating any products from that brand and I strongly encourage you all to do the same unless you want to get food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

cup of coffee with about five International Delight creamers and two or three ice cubes from my water glass in it to cool it down. About an hour or two later when we got home, I was working on homework and was feeling nauseous and dizzy, and started to make gagging/throw up motions in my throat, feeling like I was going to throw up. I took some medicine and felt a bit better and then took a nap. I woke up about two hours later and went on my iPad to draw and play games, then showered afterwards.
