on 5/06/18 my wife got an iced coffee with cream. She drank half and became very ill, not knowing it was due to the coffee I had a few good sips and then also became very ill for multiple days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had two cheeseburger's, small fry. Couple hours later stomach hurt really bad, after lying down for a nap, had to pee, sat up, walked to the bathroom, and a little repeat and that horrible, I'm gonna throw up feeling, then Wham, violent purge two times, Jesus Was I poisoned or just bad food. ??  | Symptoms: Vomiting
