It was briefly closed because inspectors said there were live flies in the kitchen, raw seafood stored over ready-to-eat-food and rodent droppings in the restaurant. It was back to business in a few hours when it passed an inspection later that day.

I ordered a burrito bowl with lettuce cheese chicken and veggies and then I ate it and on the way home I wasn't feeling to good and when we all got back to our cars I threw up multiple times, previously I was keen as a jellybean  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate 3 tacos with chicken, mild sauce, cheese, sour cream and guac. I eat there often. I had diarrhea for four days after eating twice in a week. I ate at two different locations.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate at the Dairy Queen in Jacksonville Beach. I had a burger, ice cream, and root beer. The whole place smelled like smoke, my root beer tasted like actual crap, and my burger was hardly edible... the only time I would ever go back here is for their blizzards.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
